This app queries the Climate Data Online v2 API, which is provided by the US National Centers for Environmental Information agency.

To use

Put in your ZIP code and hit submit. Then the page will display a ridgeline chart of historical temperatures for the location.

More details

The ranges of the Y axes for the line graphs in the ridgeline are the same. The max and min from all years is found and each line graph has the same range.

The 3D has no perspective. Grab and drag the ridgeline to shear the 3D shape.
